How can I cancel my service?
I have had an account for a while. heileybyte@gmail.com I want to cancel, but you show no options to do so. the link to the telegram group says expired. you leave me no other option than to BLOCK your transactions to my card. That’s unprofessional. the only options you display are subscribe and upgrade. there’ no Cancel button or options. Goodbye.

Hi there, sorry to hear that. our record shows that you’ve cancelled the plan a month ago. Not sure why you saying you cannot cancel it.
If you have an active subscription, you can always manage it at platform.imaginepro.ai/dashboard/subscription
We also checked the Telegram links on our website, and we have new users joining everyday. could you please send the link you used which says expired?

Hi James. I appreciate the reminder. I thought I changed the plan to the lower subscription. If the plan is cancelled that’s good enough. Maybe that’s the reason the link isn’t working. So, maybe nothing to fix at all. As for the link. tg://join?invite=PYmwNF-6_9s4OTI1

Feedback for leaving is mostly pricing tier models, then the over the top censorship. I understand no NSFW, but you guys censor WAY FAR AND ABOVE that. hopefully y’all dial that back someday. Otherwise, I’ll just use the free flux tools on discord and other places.

Thanks for your feedback. We now have cheaper pricing for general usage (no API support). We may try to see if we can lower the price and include more models.
For censorship, that’s a good suggestion, I think we may loosing it on open source models. Please subscribe our changelog and I’ll make sure updating there.
