How can I cancel my service?

I have had an account for a while. heileybyte@gmail.com I want to cancel, but you show no options to do so. the link to the telegram group says expired. you leave me no other option than to BLOCK your transactions to my card. That’s unprofessional. the only options you display are subscribe and upgrade. there’ no Cancel button or options. Goodbye.
